Description: VTA bus stops as of the 2019 New Transit Service Plan (launched 12/28/2019) along route segments with 15-minute or better headways during AM and PM peak (these are provided as a separate layer, FreqBusRoutes).Attribute table includes RTID which is a 5-digit identifier and consistent with GTFS data used for real-time information.IMPORTANT NOTE: Certain bus stop locations may change slightly as VTA’s December 2019 service changes are implemented and permits are obtained from cities. In addition, VTA bus stops may periodically move due to development projects, roadway construction projects, operational issues, or other reasons. Bus routing may also change, although generally less frequently than stop locations. Any user of this layer is asked to include the date (12/28/2019) along with the layer name in the legend, and to include the following text (either within the map, a footnote, or accompanying text): ‘Bus stop locations and bus routes are current as of 12/28/2019 and are subject to change, and should be verified by the map user.’
